Hot Springs in Queensland

Queensland's hot springs sit firmly within the Great Artesian Basin, the vast underground water reserve that underlies much of inland Australia. Talaroo Hot Springs and Innot Hot Springs in the state's north showcase naturally occurring thermal springs alongside Indigenous-led cultural experiences, while Mitchell Great Artesian Spa and Cunnamulla Hot Springs anchor the Great Artesian Drive through the Maranoa and Paroo regions. Charlotte Plains and Julia Creek Artesian Bathhouse combine bore-fed bathing with outback station stays, giving travellers a working-property experience alongside the soak. Eulo Artesian Mud Baths add a different texture to the mix, offering mineral-rich mud bathing as well as warm artesian water.
